How much does shipping cost for snowboards and skateboards?
We offer flat-rate shipping across the country, with free standard shipping on all orders over $99. Oversized items like complete snowboards may incur a small handling fee depending on your location.
What is your return policy for technical gear?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that mounted snowboards or gripped skateboard decks are considered custom builds and cannot be returned.
Do you offer heat molding for snowboard boots?
Yes! If you purchase your boots from us, we provide complimentary professional heat molding at any of our retail locations to ensure you get the perfect fit for your ride.
How do I know which skateboard size is right for me?
Size depends on your height, shoe size, and riding style. Generally, wider decks (8.25"+) are better for transition and vert, while narrower decks (7.75" - 8.0") are preferred for technical street skating.
Are the products on your website covered by warranty?
All hardware, including boards, bindings, and trucks, are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty against defects. We are happy to assist you in facilitating a warranty claim with the brand.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout. You will receive an email notification as soon as your gear is prepped and ready for collection at your chosen location.
