At The Source Snowboard & Skate, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Whether it is a board that didn't fit or a deck that wasn't quite right, we are here to help you get back to your session.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your gear is in brand new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact within 30 days of purchase.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or visit our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items, clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box, and ship it back to our main distribution hub using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange item.
